Yes, delivery is included in the price of all our hampers and gift baskets.
Yes, we require a 50% deposit for all orders to secure your booking and begin preparation of your bespoke hamper.
Please allow a turnaround time of up to 14 working days minimum, depending on the customisable elements of your order. It could potentially be less, but we will keep you updated via the contact details you provide.
Please note that when your order leaves us, we ensure all items are in the correct condition and arranged beautifully. However, delivery of the order may cause items to move around from their original position. Please refer to our refund policy below for further information regarding damaged goods.

If your hamper or its contents arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with details and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer one of the following solutions:

  • Full Refund or Replacement: If the entire hamper is significantly damaged or faulty, you may choose a full refund or a replacement hamper of the same value, subject to availability.
  • Partial Refund: If only some items in the hamper are damaged or faulty, we may offer a partial refund to compensate for the affected items. The amount of the partial refund will be proportionate to the value of the damaged or faulty goods.
  • Repair or Replacement of Individual Items: Where possible, we may offer to repair or replace the individual faulty items instead of a full or partial refund.
We do not typically accept returns for unwanted items if you change your mind, as our hampers are bespoke and personalised to your requirements.
Due to the nature of perishable goods, we cannot accept returns unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
To request a refund, please contact us via Instagram DM or email with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
